October 31, 2003 - Newsletter Much has been said for the past 150+ years regarding evolutionary theory. Being Halloween, we thought we would have some fun and let you know the really "scary character" of the militant Darwinian thought police. TBSE thinks the idea of
"aliens from outer space" is good
science fiction and makes for great Halloween
costumes. TBSE has consistently had
two messages: Remove well known scientific errors
and abide by existing Texas law that specifies
teaching weaknesses. TBSE seeks to persuade by
educating the State Board of Education (SBOE)
about science issues. TBSE supports educating the
public, teachers, and students through its
website, www.strengthsandweaknesses.org
. TBSE believes that truth
exists, and can be discovered scientifically.
Truth is inherently consistent and being truthful
with students and others is a worthy goal. TBSE counts 82% of Texans
and groups like the American Family Association,
Focus on the Family, The Center for Science and
Culture, CWA, Texas Physicians Resource Council,
Geronimo Creek Laboratory and Eagle Forum as
having similar views on weaknesses of
evolution. TBSE is tolerant of
Darwinist science, but advocates challenging it
scientifically. TBSE believes it is a
"fairy tale" that a kiss can turn a frog
into a prince. TBSE believes issues like
faked embryo drawings and massive gaps in the
fossil record are easy for anyone to understand as
being weaknesses of evolutionary theory. The
issues can be "clearly seen". TBSE believes critical
thinking skills are vital to developing students
today into scientists of tomorrow. TBSE can distinguish between
a fairy tale and science. TBSE wants to put both
strengths and weaknesses in the books. TBSE knows of hundreds of
fully credentialed scientists who question
evolutionary dogma. TBSE tries to expose lies
and promote truth. The Darwinists want to keep
their elitist, monopolistic grip on evolution
theory. |
